Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. oleo, melted and divided
    2 (8 1/2 oz. each) pkg. corn bread muffin mix
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs.
    Add cottage cheese, broccoli, onion, 6 tablespoons oleo and muffin mix.
    Beat well. Pour remaining oleo into a 10-inch iron skillet; pour batter into skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden.
    Cut into wedges and serve warm.
    Yield:
    12 to 16 servings.
