Oven Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. butter
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, sugar, cream of tartar and baking soda.
    With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Slowly add milk, mixing with a fork until a soft pliable dough forms.
