Mom'S Perfect Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. cornmeal (yellow)
    2 eggs or 4 whites
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and yellow cornmeal.
    Add eggs or whites, milk and oil.
    Beat with mixer or by hand just until smooth.
    Pour into 9 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
