Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken thighs
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. onion or garlic powder
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Debone chicken thighs; remove skin and all fat.
    Flatten by beating with meat tenderizer.
    Sift flour with salt, pepper and onion or garlic powder.
    Roll chicken in flour mixture.
    Dip in beaten egg and roll again in flour mixture.
