Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
Preparation

Cream together first 3 ingredients.
Pat into 6 x 8-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Pour over crust.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool, slice and sprinkle or roll in additional 10x sugar.
