Honey-Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. honey
    1 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease (not oil) bottom only of 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    In large bowl, blend honey, bananas and margarine. Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, just until moistened.
    Pour in prepared pan.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
