Julia Child'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium white sauce
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    5 lb. potatoes, boiled and peeled
Preparation
    Boil and peel potatoes.
    When cool, cut into slices.
    Grease casserole dish with margarine.
    Cover with layer of potatoes, then white sauce and 2/3 cup Swiss cheese.
