Pineapple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 medium can pineapple chunks, undrained in natural juice, not syrup
    4 eggs
    5 cubed bread slices (including crust)
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Add pineapple and bread.
    Bake in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
