Venison Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground deer
    1 can light red kidney beans
    1 pkg. chili powder
    1 can tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown deer, onion, pepper and celery; drain.
    Combine all ingredients; let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Great served with white or yellow rice and jalapeno cornbread.
