Red Beans And Rice(6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. red beans
    1/2 lb. ham hocks
    2 c. diced ham
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 to 1/2 c. hot sauce (Durkee Red Hot)
    sprig of thyme
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight, then cook beans until they are tender; drain off all the water.
