Mango Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut (optional)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. mangoes, mashed
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Mix together and let stand in bowl about 20 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a 13 x 9-inch or 2 x 2-inch pan or for 1 hour in loaf pan.
