Ladies Luncheon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    16 oz. can light seedless grapes
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
    4 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. almonds, sliced and toasted
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice in small bowl.
    Drain grapes and pineapple.
    Combine chicken, celery, grapes, almonds and pineapple in large bowl.
    Add mayonnaise mixture and mix well.
    Chill several hours before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10.
    Serve with salad greens.
