Calico Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    2 small cans chopped pimento, drained
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Place in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to consolidate.
