Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation
-
Cook first four ingredients in 1/2 cup water.
Cook until soft ball forms in water.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and pecans. Stir together and pour on waxed paper.
Separate fast.
