Potato-Cheddar Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    diced green pepper
    diced onion
    cut up broccoli
    cut up cauliflower
    diced potatoes
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper or garlic powder
Preparation
    Saute diced green pepper and onion in large pan.
    Add diced potatoes and cut up broccoli and cauliflower and barely enough water to cook until vegetables are done.
    Add 2 cups of milk to cooked mixture.
    Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups grated cheese (any kind). Thicken with 2 teaspoons cornstarch and water mixture if needed.
