Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cubed, cooked chicken breasts
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 c. (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Stir together soup, mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Mix with all other ingredients except cheese and onion rings.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove.
    Cover with onion rings.
    Put foil over.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 3 minutes longer.
