Tuna Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans tuna, drained (may substitute chicken/crabmeat, etc.)
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 small finely chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, mushroom soup and onion in saucepan.
    Simmer over low heat until melted.
    Mix gelatin in 1/2 cup hot water. Stir into cream cheese mixture.
    Add mayonnaise, celery and tuna. Stir well.
    Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill overnight.
    Serve on chilled plate with crackers.
