Sinigang Sa Miso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 milkfish (bangus)
    1 bunch mustard greens
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion, sliced
    3 medium size tomatoes, sliced
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. water
    fish sauce (patis) to taste
    1/2 c. miso
    1/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Clean and cut fish into 5 to 6 pieces.
    Wash mustard greens and cut in half.
    Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes in hot oil until mushy; add miso sauce and patis.
    Simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Add milkfish and 2 cups water; bring to a boil (boil about 10 minutes).
    Add mustard greens and cook for 1 minute.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Add patis, if desired.
    Remove from heat.
    Serve hot.
