Hot Grapefruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 grapefruits, peeled and sectioned (save 1/2 cup of juice)
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Brown onion and garlic in oil until brown.
    Add sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and grapefruit juice.
    Simmer until mixed and sugar is dissolved.
    Arrange grapefruit sections on a lettuce leaf, making 4 individual salad plates.
    Pour mixture over each equally. Serve hot or place in refrigerator to cool.
