Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. steak, cut into cubes
    sprinkle of garlic salt or powder
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 heaping tsp. onion soup mix
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper or use large pieces of pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown steak in oleo.
    Add garlic salt or powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion soup mix and chopped green pepper. (Or use large pieces of pepper and take out before serving if you wish.)
    Add water and simmer until meat is tender.
    (May need to add a bit more water while meat is simmering; simmer about 45 to 60 minutes.)
    Thicken gravy and serve over rice or noodles or mashed potatoes.
