Mushroom Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/3 c. light sour cream
    3 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained
    pinch of freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    In medium skillet, heat oil.
    Add onion and saute until tender.
    Add mushrooms, garlic and basil; saute 2 to 3 minutes longer.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Add fettuccine; toss to coat.
    Heat thoroughly (do not boil).
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Makes 2 servings.
    Can double.
