Catfish Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. catfish fillets
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. tomatoes, undrained
    10 oz. pkg. okra
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. gumbo file
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. hot rice
Preparation
    Cut fish into 1-inch pieces.
    Cook celery, pepper, onions and garlic in vegetable oil in Dutch oven until tender.
    Add broth, tomatoes, okra, red pepper, file, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Place fish on vegetables.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
    Serve with hot rice.
