3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion
2 to 3 instant beef bouillon
2 cloves garlic
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms
1/2 c. green peppers
2 c. Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
Preparation

Mix Bisquick and water to make dough. Spread thin in about a 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown hamburger, onion, bouillon, garlic and peppers.
Drain.
Mix tomato sauce, oregano and mushrooms with tomato mixture.
Spoon over dough. Top with cheese.
Bake about 20 minutes or until brown in a 425\u00b0 oven.
