Micro Curried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 to 2 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    2 c. milk
    3 c. cubed chicken, cooked
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Place onion and garlic in 1 3/4-quart casserole dish.
    Cook covered 2 minutes on High until onion is tender.
    Stir in flour, curry powder, bouillon and red pepper.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook uncovered on High for 5 minutes until mixture thickens and bubbles, stirring twice.
    Stir in chicken.
    Cook 2 minutes more.
    Serve over rice with chopped peanuts and sliced green onions.
