Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
5 slices pineapple
Preparation

Melt butter for topping in a 9-inch pan or a square pan. Sprinkle brown sugar on butter, then place pineapple in pan.
Mix butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt and water together.
Place batter on topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
