Stove Top Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. fresh mushrooms or 1 small can, drained
    1 large carrot, shredded
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    6 c. garlic croutons (you can buy them or make your own)
    1 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat butter in a large pan.
    Saute the first 2 ingredients in the butter for about 10 minutes.
    Stir in croutons; add the chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper, stirring constantly on low flame.
