Onion Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onions
4 tsp. vegetable oil
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
6 tsp. dried parsley flakes, divided
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

In a skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Place biscuit mix in a bowl. Combine eggs and milk just until combined. Stir in onion, 1 cup of cheese and 4 teaspoons of parsley. Spread the batter into 2 greased round baking pans. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and top of bread is lightly brown. Yield: 12 to 16 servings.
