Golden Parmesean Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/3 cup butter
Preparation
    Put dry ingredients in a plastic bag.
    Peel potatoes, rinse and cut into large cubes.
    Melt the butter in a 9x13 pan.
    While potatoes are wet put a few at a time in bag and shake.
    Then put in pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour turning potatoes after 1/2 hour.
    Some times it takes longer to make them crispy.
