Cranberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/4 c. soft margarine
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Measure 2/3 cup cake mix into small bowl; cut in margarine. Mix in nuts and brown sugar; set aside.
Beat eggs lightly with fork.
Stir in sour cream.
Add cranberries and cinnamon.
Blend in remaining cake mix.
Pour half of batter into greased angel food cake pan.
Sprinkle on half of topping mixture (the mixture made first).
Pour in remaining batter and sprinkle on rest of topping.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 60 to 65 minutes.
