Diabetic Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 eggs
3 pt. Coffee Rich
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. diabetic instant vanilla pudding
18 pkg. Equal or more to your taste
1 or 2 cans Pet canned milk

Preparation

Beat eggs and Equal together.
Add Coffee Rich, canned milk and instant pudding.
Mix well.
Pour in ice cream can and finish filling with milk.
You can add fruit of your choice.
