Sally Lunn Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Add milk and flour mixture to creamed mixture.
Pour into 2 greased pie pans.
Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0 or until cake tests done.
Cool.
Cut into wedges and top individual servings with your favorite sliced, fresh fruit such as strawberries or peaches and top with whipped cream.
