Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. hot pepper
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 bottle Certo
    food coloring (red or green)*
Preparation
    Place cut peppers, vinegar and sugar into blender and blend until fine.
    Place mixture in large pot and bring to a rolling boil.
    Boil 10 minutes.
    Add Certo.
    Stir in; place in jars immediately.
    Serve on crackers spread with cream cheese.
