Never Fail Fruit Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk *
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. any kind of fruit
Preparation

Beat egg yolks, sugar, flour and butter.
Cream real well. Gradually fold in 2 cups milk.
Fold in egg whites that had been beaten until stiff.
Put fruit in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Pour custard on top.
Bake at 425\u00b0.
If you see it gets too brown, reduce heat to 375\u00b0
until baked.
