Old Time Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 4 1/2 lb. pork
5 lb. hen or chicken
3 lb. potatoes
1 lb. onions
2 cans tomatoes
2 cans creamed corn
1 large bottle catsup
4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. lemon juice
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 can each English peas, lima beans
1 medium bottle Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook pork and hen until done tender.
Grind meat and set aside.
