Almond Roca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 bag chocolate pieces
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. almonds, slivered
1/2 c. ground almonds
Preparation

Melt butter and margarine.
Add sugar and stir well.
Add chopped almonds and stir until caramel color.
It will take a long time to change color.
Pour onto a greased cookie sheet and spread evenly.
Cool.
Cover one side with melted chocolate bits and ground almonds.
Cool.
May repeat on other side.
Cool.
Break in pieces and store in sealed container.
