Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
2/3 c. water
1 can (2 c.) pumpkin
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients in one bowl.
Fill 4 greased and floured 1 pound coffee cans 2/3 full.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
May be frozen.
