Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3 c. raw apples, cut in pieces
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
    Beat until creamy.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mix; beat well.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan lined with wax paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
