Southern Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Stir in cornmeal.
    Beat eggs, milk and butter together.
    Make well in dry ingredients and add liquid ingredients.
    Fold only until blended. Bake in greased 9-inch pan at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
