Pork Steak And Corn Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pork steaks (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 c. dry bread crumbs or Stove Top dressing
    1 tsp. sage
    1 can (16 oz.) cream-style corn
    1/2 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Brown pork steak on both sides.
    Remove from pan and season with salt and pepper.
    In the drippings add the bread cubes (or stuffing) and corn.
    Sprinkle with sage and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Place stuffing in a 13 x 9-inch roasting pan.
    Place pork steaks on top of stuffing.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until meat is done.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
