Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, finely grated
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Make ground meat into meatballs.
    Cook in sauce.
    Mix with cooked spinach.
    Combine Ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, Mozzarella cheese, eggs and chopped parsley.
    Stuff cooked shells.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake with spaghetti sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
