Pasta Salad(Quick And Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag or box rainbow rotini noodles
    1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
    1 small jar green olives, sliced
    1 large can pitted black olives, sliced
    1 small block Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
    1/2 pack sliced pepperoni, sliced smaller, or 1 lb. crawfish tails
    fresh broccoli and cauliflower, cleaned and cut up (optional)
    1 small bottle Italian dressing
    1 small bottle creamy Parmesan or creamy Italian dressing
    1 small container shredded Parmesan cheese
    Cajun seasoning
Preparation
    Boil and drain noodles.
    Rinse with cold tap water to stop cooking process and prevent sticking.
    Slice and cube all ingredients.
    Mix everything (except noodles) and add both dressings, Cajun seasoning and grated cheese.
    Mix well.
    Add noodles and mix well again.
    Chill in fridge.
    Serve cold.
    Will keep for several days.
