Bud'S Ho Cake(In Memory Of Husband Emory Bryant) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Place in an omelet pan over low heat.
When brown, turn over and brown other side.
Serve hot or cold.
Very good with fresh sweetened strawberries or sliced peaches with whip cream.
