Bride'S Pink Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. strawberry flavored drink mix
    2 qt. cold water
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 (46 oz.) pineapple juice
    1 (10 oz.) bottle lemon-lime carbonated drink
    2 pt. pineapple sherbet
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Combine drink mix and cold water.
    Mix in sugar and stir well.
    Add pineapple juice and gelatin mixture.
    Refrigerate.
    Add lemon-lime beverage and sherbet before serving.
    Yield:
    Approximately 35 servings.
