Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pickles to taste (dill or sweet), chopped
    2 cans green peas, drained
    6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    4 carrots, shredded
    4 celery sticks, minced
    mustard to taste
    mayonnaise to taste
    salt to taste
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Add chopped eggs, carrots, celery, onion and pickles to peas. Add mustard, mayonnaise and salt to taste.
    Mix carefully, so as to not mash peas.
    Chill 3 to 4 hours.
