Zucchini And Dill Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp. butter
5 zucchini thinly sliced
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
4 cups canned or homemade chicken broth
sour cream (optional)
Preparation

Melt butter in large pot over medium high heat.
Add next 4 ingredients and saute until tender, about 10 minutes.
Add broth and bring soup to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
