Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 c. Ritz crackers or corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients well.
Pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Top with 2 cups corn flakes or Ritz crackers (crushed) and 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
