Tomato Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. drained cottage cheese
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in 1 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
    3 to 4 ripe tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil
    1 Tbsp. fresh oregano
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Pre-bake pie crust 10 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Prick bottom and sides with a fork to prevent shrinking.
    Combine first 6 ingredients and spoon into crust.
    Slice tomatoes into wedges and arrange over the filling in a tightly overlapping circular pattern.
    Sprinkle on the remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
