Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix at low speed until all ingredients are well blended and then on high speed until mixture is smooth.
    Bake in 2 (9-inch) layer pans at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Frost with Seven Minute or Buttercream Icing.
