Pork In Gorgonzola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 lb. boneless pork loin, cut into 1/8-inch slices
    1 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves, minced fine
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    3/4 c. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
    1/4 c. cream or half and half
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Careful with salt as cheese already has salt.
