Hot Fudge Cake Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Stir in shortening and milk. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread in greased pan.
    Top with 3 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup brown sugar, mixed together.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups hot water over entire batter.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serve as is with ice cream or whipped cream.
